Have a guided tour of a real fire engine, check out an arial ladder platform, go out on exercise with the firefighters of London Fire Brigade's Red Watch and even get to visit the Fire Boat on the River Thames and rescue a dog stuck on the river bank! They'll see vintage fire engines and even the powerful airport fire engines.

Children also learn how water is pumped, what rescue equipment is used by the fire brigade, as well as other interesting facts that you may have found yourself struggling to answer at some time.

As a special treat, we also fly inside a real H.M. Coastguard helicopter on an air/sea rescue. Watch as a stranded swimmer is winched to safety and follow the Coast Guard on an exciting cliff top rescue... incredible!
